Based on the Law on the Management of Pastures and Livestock promulgated by Royal Decree No. 8/2003, the Veterinary Quarantine Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 45/2004, the Executive Regulation of the Law on the Management of Pastures and Livestock issued by Ministerial Decision No. 12/2005, the Executive Regulation of the Veterinary Quarantine Law issued by Ministerial Decision No. 107/2008, and Ministerial Decision No. 1/2000 banning the export of Omani breeds of female goats and sheep outside the Sultanate, and in pursuance of public interest,
