the Executive Regulation of the Agriculture Quarantine Law issued by Ministerial Decision No. 32/2006,
the Executive Regulation of the Agriculture Law issued by Ministerial Decision No. 41/2010,
Ministerial Decision No. 31/2009 Declaring Agriculture Quarantine Areas,
And Ministerial Decision No. 195/2017 Concerning the Protection of Date Palm Trees, Coconut Trees, Ornamental Palms, and Similar Palms, and Their Offshoots,
