the Veterinary Quarantine Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 45/2004,
the Executive Regulation of the Fisheries and Protection of Living Aquatic Resources Law issued by Ministerial Decision No. 4/94,
the Regulation on Fish Farming and Quality Control of Cultured Fish issued by Ministerial Decision No. 36/2004,
the Regulation on the Quality Control of Omani Fish issued by Ministerial Decision No. 12/2009,
and the approval of the Ministry of Finance by its letter No. Finance–T (5814) M.T.D/5/1/2012 dated 3 Sha‘ban 1433 corresponding to 23 June 2012,
