Based on the Law on the Management of Pastures and Livestock promulgated by Royal

Decree No. 8/2003,

the Agriculture System promulgated by Royal Decree No. 48/2006,

Ministerial Decision No. 67/2000 Issuing the Regulation on the Support Allocated to

Agricultural and Animal Extension,

and the approval of the Ministry of Finance No. T(1916) M.T.D/1/10/7990 dated

10/7/1428H corresponding to 25/7/2007,

and in pursuance of public interest,
