We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of Article 3 of the Law Organizing the Administrative apparatus law of the State No. 26/75 and Royal Decree No. 13/76 amending it,
and after perusal of the Agreement on the Arab Satellite Telecommunications Organization signed on April 14, 1976, at the headquarters of the Arab League General Secretariat in Cairo,
We hereby decreed the following
