Financial Circular No. 9/83 concerning the Control of Government Revenues and its amendments,
Ministerial Decision No. 57/84 on Determining the Prices of Books and Studies,
Ministerial Decision No. 70/87 on Determining the Sale Prices of the Publications Issued by the Ministry as amended by Ministerial Decision No. 85/87,
Ministerial Decision No. 120/89 on Determining the Prices of Books as amended by Ministerial Decision No. 152/91,
Ministerial Decision No. 66/90 on Determining the Prices of Books,
Ministerial Decision No. 99/90 on Determining the Sale Price of Publications,
And the approval of the Ministry of Finance and Economy,
And in pursuance of the public interest,
It is hereby decided
