Royal Decree No. 27/91 Approving and Ratifying the Agreement of the Arab Satellite Telecommunications Organization

We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of Royal Decree No. 26/75 promulgating Administrative Apparatus law of the state and its amendments,
Royal Decree No. 22/76 ratifying the Agreement of the Arab Satellite Telecommunications Organization signed in Cairo on 14 Rabi' al-Akhir 1396 AH, corresponding to 14 April 1976,
and the Agreement of the Arab Satellite Telecommunications Organization signed in Algeria on 19 Shawwal 1410 AH, corresponding to 13 May 1990,
and in pursuance of the public interest,
We hereby decreed the following
