We, Haitham bin Tarik, Sultan of Oman
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
And the Arab Framework Agreement on the Liberalization of Trade in Services among Arab States, approved by the Economic and Social Council of the League of Arab States by Decision No. (1485) dated 18 September 2003,
And after presentation before the Shura Council,
And in pursuance of public interest,
Have decreed as follows:
