After reviewing the Royal Decree No. 26/75 promulgating the State Administrative Apparatus Law and its amendments,
And the Agreement on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of Other States, opened for signature at the headquarters of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Washington,
And in pursuance of the public interest,
Have decreed as follows:
