Royal Decree No. 22/2022 Approving the Accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the Amendment to the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material

We, Haitham bin Tarik, Sultan of Oman
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
And Royal Decree No. 33/2003 Approving the Accession of the Sultanate to the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material,
And the decision of the States Parties to the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material at the Diplomatic Conference held from 4 to 8 July 2005 regarding the amendment to the Convention,
And in pursuance of public interest,
Have decreed as follows:
