We, Haitham bin Tarik, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Law of the State,
the System of the State Administrative Apparatus promulgated by Royal Decree No. 75/2020,
the System of Governorates and Municipal Affairs promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/2020,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows:
