Based on the Food Safety Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 84/2008,
Royal Decree No. 92/2020 Amending the Name of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Wealth to the Ministry of Agricultural, Fisheries and Water Resources, Determining Its Competences, and Approving Its Organizational Structure,
and the Food Safety Regulation issued by Ministerial Decision No. 2/2010,
and in pursuance of the public interest,
