We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
and the Protocol Supplementary to the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft, adopted in Beijing on September 10, 2010,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
