Based on the Law for the Regulation and Privatisation of the Electricity and Related Water Sector promulgating by Royal Decree No 78/2004,
the Regulation of Cost-Reflective Tariff issued by Decision No. 5/2020,
the Approved Tariff Regulation for Electricity Delivery and Supply issued by Decision No. 6/2020,
and the approval of the Board of Directors of the Public Services Regulatory Authority,
and in accordance with the public interest,
