After perusal of the Pesticides Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 64/2006,
Royal Decree No. 92/2020 Amending the Name of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries to the Ministry of Agricultural, Fisheries, and Water Resources, Defining Its Competences, and Approving Its Organizational Structure,
and the Executive Regulation of the Pesticides Law issued by Ministerial Decision No. 41/2012,
and in pursuance of public interest,
