Based on the Law on the Protection of Water Resources promulgated by Royal Decree No. 29/2000,
and Royal Decree No. 92/2020 Amending the Name of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Wealth to the Ministry of Agricultural, Fisheries and Water Resources, Determining Its Competences, and Approving Its Organizational Structure,
and the Regulation for the Management of Wells and Aflaj issued by Ministerial Decision No. 3/2009,
and in pursuance of the public interest,
