We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 120/2004,
and Royal Decree 31/2006 Promulgating the System of the Oman Medical Specialty Board,
and in pursuance of public interest,
