We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

the Police Law promulgated by Royal Decree 35/90,

Royal Decree 15/2015 Conducting the Electronic Census of the Population, residences, and Establishments for the Year 2020,

the Statistics and Information Law promulgated by Royal Decree 55/2019,

and the System of the Administrative Apparatus of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 75/2020,

and in pursuance of public interest,

we hereby decreed the following
