We, Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic statute of the State,
Royal Decree No. 48 / 76 regarding the signing of external and internal financial transactions,
And the Financial Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 47 / 98,
And in pursuance of the public interest,
We hereby decree as follows
