We, Haitham bin Tarik, Sultan of Oman
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
the Judicial Authority Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 90/99,
the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 29/2002,
the Law on the Simplification of Litigation Procedures regarding some Disputes promulgated by Royal Decree No. 125/2020,
And Royal Decree No. 35/2022 Regarding the Regulation of Judicial Affairs Administration,
And in pursuance of public interest,
