We, Haitham bin Tarik, Sultan of Oman
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
And the Mineral Wealth Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 19/2019,
And the Exploration and Mining Concession Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Al-Tamman Indsil Ferrochrome LLC for Block No. (22D), signed on 28 November 2024,
And in pursuance of public interest,
Have decreed as follows:
