After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
And Royal Decree No. 3/2013 Establishing the Civil Defense and Ambulance Authority,
And the System of the Civil Defense and Ambulance Authority promulgated by Royal Decree No. 68/2014,
And in pursuance of public interest,
