Ministerial Decision No. 108/2025 Banning the Import of Live Birds from some States in the Republic of India
Published in Official Gazette No 1597 On Date 25 / 05 / 2025
Based on the Veterinary Quarantine law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 45/2004,
the Executive Regulation of the Veterinary Quarantine law issued by Ministerial Decision No. 107/2008,
And based on the recommendation of the competent veterinary authority to ban the import of live birds, their products, derivatives, and waste from the State of Telangana, State of Andhra Pradesh, State of Karnataka, State of Bihar, and State of Jharkhand in the Republic of India,
And in pursuance of public interest,
It is hereby decided:
