We, Haitham bin Tarik, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
Royal Decree No. 33/2013 regarding the Medical and Allied Health Professions in Governmental Medical establishments (Civil and Military),
the System of the Administrative Apparatus of the state promulgated by Royal Decree No. 75/2020,
Royal Decree No. 71/2021 Adopting the Organizational Structure of the Diwan of Royal Court,
And Royal Decree No. 10/2024 Determining the Competences of the Ministry of Health and adopting Its Organizational Structure,
And in pursuance of public interest,
Have decreed as follows:
