We, Haitham bin Tarik, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
And Royal Decree No. 30/2015 Establishing the Oman Center for Governance and Sustainability and Issuing Its System,
And the State Administrative Apparatus Law issued by Royal Decree No. 75/2020,
And Royal Decree No. 20/2024 Establishing the Financial Services Authority and Issuing Its System,
And in pursuance of public interest,
Have decreed as follows:
