We, Haitham bin Tarik, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
the Tender Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 36/2008,
the State Administrative Apparatus Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 75/2020,
Royal Decree No. 84/2020 regarding the Secretariat General of the Tender Board,
And Royal Decree No. 73/2023 Assigning the Competences Related to the Review of Contracts to the Secretariat General of the Tender Board from the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs,
And in pursuance of public interest,
Have decreed as follows:
