Based on the Bank Deposits Protection law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 47/2024, the Banking Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 2/2025, the system of the Central Bank of Oman promulgated by Royal Decree No. 3/2025, the Executive Regulation of the Law on the System for the Insurance of Bank Deposits issued by Decision No. BM/39/5/95, and the approval of the Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Oman, and in pursuance of public interest,
