The Real Estate Registration System promulgated by Royal Decree No. 2/98,

The System for Ownership of Real Estate in Integrated Tourist Complexes promulgated by Royal Decree No. 12/2006,

The Law Prohibiting Non-Omanis from Owning Lands and Real Estate in Certain Areas promulgated by Royal Decree No. 29/2018,

The Real Estate Development Projects Guarantee Account System promulgated by Royal Decree No. 30/2018,

The Banking Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 2/2025,

and after presenting to the Council of Oman,

and in pursuance of public interest,

we hereby decreed the following:
