And the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on the Mutual Exemption from Visa Requirements for Holders of Diplomatic, Special, and Service Passports, signed in New York City on 25 September 2025,

And in pursuance of public interest,
