and Royal Decree No. 93/2020 Amending the Name of the Ministry of Housing to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, Determining Its Competences, and Approving Its Organizational Structure,
and the Organizing Regulation of Land Planning Controls issued by Ministerial Decision No. 220/2023,
and in pursuance of public interest,
