After reviewing the Food Safety Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 84/2008,
Royal Decree No. 92/2020 Amending the Name of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries to the Ministry of Agricultural, Fisheries, and Water Resources, Determining Its Competences, and Approving Its Organizational Structure,
The Food Safety Regulation promulgated by Ministerial Decision No. 2/2010,
And in pursuance of public interest,
It is hereby decided
