After reviewing the Veterinary Quarantine Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 45/2004,
The Executive Regulation of the Veterinary Quarantine Law promulgated by Ministerial Decision No. 107/2008,
The recommendation of the competent veterinary authority to ban the import of live birds, their products, derivatives, and waste from certain countries,
And in pursuance of public interest,
It is hereby decided
