Ministerial Decision No. 307/2025 Lifting the Ban on the Import of Live Birds from Certain Countries
Published in Official Gazette No 1628 On Date 28 / 12 / 2025
Based on the Veterinary Quarantine Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 45/2004،
the Executive Regulation of the Veterinary Quarantine Law issued by Ministerial Decision No. 107/2008،
Ministerial Decision No. 144/2025 banning the import of live birds from certain countries،
Ministerial Decision No. 244/2025 banning the import of live birds from certain countries،
And the recommendation of the competent veterinary authority to lift the ban on the import of live birds and their products, derivatives, and waste from certain countries،
And in pursuance of the public interest،
It is hereby decided
