After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State;
Royal Decree No. 105/2020 Establishing the Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones and Determining Its Competencies;
The Special Economic Zones and Free Zones Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 38/2025;
And in pursuance of the public interest,
We decreed as follows
