We, Haitham bin Tarik, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State;
The Land Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 5/80;
Royal Decree No. 5/81 Regulating the Usufruct of Lands of the Sultanate of Oman;
The Real Estate Registry Regulation promulgated by Royal Decree No. 2/98;
After presentation to the Council of Oman;
And in pursuance of the public interest,
Have decreed the following:
