We, Haitham bin Tarik, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State;
The Cybercrime Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 12/2011;
And after presentation to the Council of Oman;
And in pursuance of the public interest,
Have decreed as follows:
