We, Haitham bin Tarik, Sultan of Oman,

After perusal of the Basic statute of the State,

The Penal Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 7/2018,

The Labour Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 53/2023,

After presentation to the Council of Oman,

And in pursuance of the public interest,
