The Law on the Practice of Veterinary Medical Professions promulgated by Royal Decree No. 22/2017;

The Penal Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 7/2018;

The Law Regulating the Practice of the Medical Profession and Allied Medical Professions promulgated by Royal Decree No. 75/2019;

The Public Health Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 43/2025;

And After presentation to the Council of Oman; 

And In pursuance of the public interest,

We Decreed the Following
