Royal Decree No. 63/96 Ratifying Amendments to the Charter of the International Maritime Satellite Telecommunications Organization (Inmarsat) and its Operating Agreement

We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of Royal Decree No. 26/75 issuing the Administrative Apparatus law of the State and its amendments,
the Charter of the International Maritime Satellite Telecommunications Organization (Inmarsat) and its Operating Agreement,
and the amendments approved by the General Assembly of the International Maritime Satellite Telecommunications Organization (Inmarsat) in London in December 1994,
and in pursuance of the public interest,
We decreed as follows
