Royal Decree No. 73/97 Delegating Authority to Sign Proposed Amendments to the Charter of the International Mobile Satellite Communications Organization (Inmarsat) and its Operating Agreement

We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
and the Charter of the International Mobile Satellite Communications Organization (Inmarsat) and its Operating Agreement and their amendments,
and Royal Decree No. 88/80 regarding Oman’s accession to the International Mobile Satellite Communications Organization (Inmarsat),
and the proposed amendments to the Charter and Operating Agreement of the aforementioned Organization,
and in pursuance of the public interest,
We decreed as follows
