We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Land Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 5/80 and its amendments,

Royal Decree No. 5/81 regulating the usufruct of the lands of the Sultanate of Oman and its amendments,

Financial System Law issued by Royal Decree No. 56/82 and its amendments,

the Government Lands Entitlement System issued by Royal Decree No. 81/84 and its amendments,

the Apartments and Floors Ownership Regulation promulgated by Royal Decree No. 48/89,

Royal Decree No. 24/95 Amending Provisions of Some Laws Relating to Lands,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows
