We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
the Omani Penal Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 7/74 and its amendments,
the Banking Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 7/74 and its amendments,
And the Law on the Practice of the Pharmacy Profession and Regulation of Pharmaceutical Institutions promulgated by Royal Decree No. 41/96,
And in pursuance of public interest,
Have decreed as follows:
