We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
Royal Decree No. 48/86 ratifying the protocol on privileges and immunities for the International Maritime Satellite Organization (Inmarsat),
and Royal Decree No. 63/96 ratifying amendments to the charter of the International Maritime Satellite Organization (Inmarsat) and its operating agreement,
and in pursuance of the public interest,
We decreed as follows
