Royal Decree No. 17/2001 Ratifying the Amendments of the Charter of the International Mobile Satellite Telecommunications Organization (Inmarsat) and Its Operating Agreement

We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
the Charter of the International Mobile Satellite Telecommunications Organization (Inmarsat) and its Operating Agreement and their amendments,
the amendments of the Charter of the International Mobile Satellite Telecommunications Organization (Inmarsat) and its Operating Agreement approved by the General Assembly of the Parties at its meeting held in London, United Kingdom, from April 20 to April 24, 1998,
and in pursuance of the public interest,
We decreed as follows
