We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
The Agriculture Quarantine Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 91/2000,
The Decision of the Supreme Council of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf at its 22nd Session held in Muscat during the period from 30 to 31 December 2001 concerning the Agriculture Quarantine Law for the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf,
And in pursuance of public interest,
Have decreed as follows
