We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
the Royal Decree No. 22/96 promulgating the Law on the Practice of Human Medicine and Dentistry and its amendments,
And the Royal Decree No. 38/2002 determining the competencies of the Ministry of Health,
And in pursuance of the public interest,
Have decreed as follows
