We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
the System for the Protection and Conservation of Agricultural Wealth promulgated by Royal Decree No. 31/98,
Royal Decree No. 73/2000 on the Application of Modern Irrigation Systems in the Various Areas of the Sultanate,
And the Agriculture Quarantine Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 47/2004,
And in pursuance of public interest,
Have decreed as follows:
