We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
Royal Decree No. 46/95 Promulgating the system for the Circulation and Use of Chemicals,
The Decision of the Supreme Council of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf in its twenty-fifth session held in the Kingdom of Bahrain during the period from 20 to 21 December 2004 concerning the Fertilizers and Agricultural Soil Conditioners Law of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf,
And in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
