We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,

After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,

And the Law of Public Authorities and Establishments promulgated by Royal Decree No. 116/91,

the Financial Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 47/98,

the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 120/2004,

Royal Decree No. 24/2005 determining the competencies of the Ministry of Heritage and Culture and approving its organizational structure,

And in pursuance of the public interest,

Have decreed as follows
