We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 101/96,
the Law on Trademarks, Data, Trade Secrets, and Protection from Unfair Competition promulgated by Royal Decree No. 38/2000,
the Law on Industrial Drawings and Designs promulgated by Royal Decree No. 39/2000,
And the Law on the Protection of Geographical Data (Indications) promulgated by Royal Decree No. 40/2000,
the Law on the Protection of Layout Designs (Topographies) of Integrated Circuits promulgated by Royal Decree No. 41/2000,
And the Patent Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 82/2000,
And in pursuance of public interest,
Have decreed as follows:
